Delmer B.V. - General terms and conditions
1. Order
For private customers, ordering is only possible via the webshop.
2. Payments
Available payment options:
a. iDEAL
b. Bancontact
c. Bank transfer
Payment must be made prior to dispatch. For bank transfers, the order will be processed only after receipt and verification of payment.
2.1 B2B customer payments
Corporate customers can order via the webshop or their own purchasing system. We convert the order into a quotation including any freight costs. After confirmation, processing takes place within 1-2 working days, provided everything is in stock. Purchase orders can be e-mailed to: info@delmer.nl.
3. Out of stock
If an item is out of stock, we will inform you of the expected delivery time. You will receive an e-mail as soon as the product is available for immediate delivery.
4. Delivery times
Products are delivered in 1 to 2 working days, if in stock.
5. Shipping
a. Parcel dispatch via DPD (EU)
You will receive a track & trace with the order confirmation. See conditions at dpd.com.
b. Pallet shipment via Dachser (EU)
You will receive a shipment number. You can track your order via the Dachser Shipment Pointer. Please note a correct telephone number with your order so that Dachser can contact you for a delivery appointment. See dachser.com.
c. Pallet shipment via Chr. Vermeer (NL/BE)
You will receive a reference number. Make sure the telephone number provided is correct. Chr. Vermeer will contact you for a delivery appointment. If you are not present on the agreed date, the shipment will be returned. A second delivery will not take place until the costs for the second delivery have been paid.
6. Reception
Before signing, check that the shipment is complete and undamaged. Note any damage on the packing slip and take photos. You can send these photos together with your order number to info@delmer.nl
7. Collection
Collection is possible for B2B customers only. Sign up can be done via: https://www.delmer.nl/contactus.
8. Cancellation
If the shipment has not yet been processed, you can cancel free of charge. If the shipment has already been processed, please contact us at: https://www.delmer.nl/contactus.
9. Right of withdrawal
No right of withdrawal or cooling-off period applies to business purchases. Cancelling, exchanging or returning is only possible in exceptional cases after consulting our customer service.
10. Maintenance, service & repair
For maintenance, refer to the operating manual. For service or repair, please contact: https://www.delmer.nl/contactus.
Collection and shipping costs will be charged if the work is not under guarantee or goodwill. You will receive a quotation in advance; after approval, we will carry out the work. https://www.delmer.nl/service
11. Warranty - general terms and conditions electric mini dumpers
For warranty, fill in the form at: https://www.delmer.nl/garantie-formulier.
Not covered by the warranty: wear parts (such as tyres, brake pads, chains) and damage to electrical installations caused by short circuits or external factors.
• Warranty valid for first owner only.
• Warranty requests should be accompanied by the purchase invoice and a photo of the serial number.

12. Service and warranty conditions - Climbing and scaffolding equipment
12.1 Garantie
5-year warranty on manufacturing and material defects from date of invoice, if used in accordance with applicable standards (such as NEN 2484 / EN 1004) and properly maintained.
Covered:
- Cracks or fractures in styles or rungs
- Manufacturing defects in welds or rivet joints
- Deformation of parts under normal use
- Defects on hinges or locking mechanisms
- Loose coating or corrosion under normal conditions
- Poorly attached anti-slip profiles on steps
Not covered:
- damage due to misuse or overloading;
- Normal wear and tear;
- damage caused by unauthorised repairs;
- corrosion or external influences.
- Rubber feet/wear caps
- Wheels or rollers
- Worn anti-slip strips
- Damage caused by falling, throwing or overloading
- Improper maintenance or storage (e.g. left outside in rain)
12.2 Service and maintenance
• Annual inspection according to safety standards is recommended;
• Use of original parts;
• Replacement in case of vice as per warranty conditions.
